Dr. Mareena Robinson Snowden is the first Black woman to earn a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from MIT. She currently serves as a Senior Engineer in the National Security Analysis Department of the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab. Dr. Robinson Snowden’s research interests include nuclear weapons modernization issues.
