Dr. Marian Croak is a Vice-President of Engineering at Google. She is also credited as developing voice over IP (VoIP) technology, which allows for phone calls to be made over the Internet. Her previous roles include Senior Vice President of Research and Development at ATT Labs and Bell Labs. Dr. Croak owns over 200 patents, one of which includes the ability to make text-based donations to charity (2005).
