Mr. Gerald A. Moore, Sr. is the creator of the Online Tech School for Black Boys (www.gmtsbb.com), which launches in 2020. He has 20 years of IT and cybersecurity experience in the federal government sector. Having not seen the type of diversity for black males in the industry he decided to take matters into his own hands..

He also founded Mission Fulfilled 2030 (missionfulfilled2030.org), a nonprofit whose mission is to not only help to provide high-tech education but to ensure that every Black boy has access to a high-tech mentor. Mr. Moore is the author of Motivate Black Boys: How to Prepare for Career in STEM (bit.ly/mbb-paperback), which chronicles his story and provides a roadmap for parents to prepare their sons for careers in STEM. He was also selected as a Black Enterprise Modern Man 2019, and was recently featured in the Black Enterprise Digital Edition for his community work (bit.ly/mbb-be).
