Mrs. Tiera Guinn Fletcher is a structural analysis engineer for Boeing. She serves as one of the lead engineers responsible for designing and building NASA’s Space Launch System, which aims to send humans to Mars. Mrs. Fletcher and her husband (and fellow Representer) Myron Fletcher are also STEM advocates and speak about the importance of more students pursuing opportunities.
